Vintage 2010 is just around the corner at Seppeltsfield. We have recommissioned no less than 80 of the original open fermenters in the 1888 Seppeltsfield Gravity Flow winery. Lucky number in the year of the Tiger!
Come on down to Seppeltsfield and see vintage 2010 in action. Hope to post some pics etc as those wonderful Seppeltsfield and other Barossa grapes come in from our ancient bush vines to be lovingly pressed in the Gravity Flow winery...
