Seppeltfield Flora—Fino is a classic, bone-dry flor style of great finesse, produced using the traditional Solera system and is the finest example of its style in Australia. Fragrantly lifted and refined with a lively intensity of flavour, it is best served cold as the ideal aperitif.
The Seppeltsfield DP 117 Barossa Valley Fino is the winner of 8 trophies and 40 gold medals in Australian Wine Shows since 1990.

Maturation
Matured in the traditional Solera method, utilising only the very first cut of free-run juice, the finest and most delicate. After an average maturation of 7 years the resulting wine is light in colour, refined and fresh.
Colour
Brilliant pale yellow with a green hue.
Nose
The nose is stylish and refined with the classic nutty, toasty, tangy aromas of top quality fino.
Palate
The palate is intense, with a lively, clean freshness and tangy, flor-sherry flavours. Flavours seem to build and offer new dimensions long after the wine is swallowed, before finally evolving to a bone-dry, palate cleansing finish.
