The 1987 Seppelt Show Vintage Touriga was the first vintage produced and bottled from the Seppeltsfield vineyard and is a bottle-matured fortified wine from the classic Portuguese variety - Touriga. More elegant in style and dryer than the traditional Australian styles, this wine was produced from a single vintage and then given extensive bottle maturation at Seppeltsfield.

elegant brandy spirit.

Palate
The wine is a significant departure from the traditional
Australian style, being finer, more elegant and considerably
drier. Whilst arguably a finer style, the fruit intensity is still
the strongest attribute of the variety.
