Seppeltsfield Riesling hails from the Garden of Eden vineyard in the beautiful heights of the Eden Valley. The soils throughout the Eden Valley high country are strewn with rocky outcrops and gravels, giving rise to classic mineral structure and perfume. Elevations over 500m above sea level result in an extended ripening season and promote effortless natural balance and finesse.
Vines were shoot thinned, allowing for low yielding Riesling bunches which were handpicked to yield pristine juice.
