Seppeltsfield Wines are the proud custodians of a priceless collection of fortified wines spanning more than 150 years of winemaking excellence.

The Paramount Collection comprises the pinnacle of this achievement.

In addition to its magnificent fortified wines Seppeltsfield was also a great distiller, and was for many years one of Australia's largest
producer of brandy. The Seppeltsfield distillery still houses pot stills
dating back to the nineteenth century.


A little known treasure sits quietly aging in Cellar no 7, the Seppeltsfield Bond Store - barrels of fine Seppeltsfield brandy dating back to 1935.

The Paramount Collection XO Brandy is a blend of many fine vintages, with a significant part of the blend having spent over 40 years in barrel.

An extremely limited quantity will be released each year.
