Seppeltsfield Wines are the proud custodians of a priceless collection of fortified wines spanning more than 150 years of winemaking excellence.

The Paramount Collection comprises the pinnacle of this achievement in each of the great fortified wine styles.

Two distinct styles of fortified wines have been produced at Seppeltsfield since the 1850s. Vintage and Tawny “port” styles, and various
Spanish influenced “sherry” styles (soon to be called Apera in Australia). The Australian Rutherglen Muscat and Tokay (Muscadelle) were
vintaged in Rutherglen with extensive storage at Seppeltsfield.

The fractional blending system invented in Spain and known as a solera produces wines of great complexity, and potentially great age.

The Paramount Collection XO Oloroso is a unique luscious blend from our oldest “sherry” stocks, which has wines dating back to the mid
decades of the twentieth century.

An extremely limited quantity will be released each year.
