Seppeltsfield Estate Rose Vintage 2011

A lighthearted style that captures the succulent ‘strawberries and cream’ appeal of pure Barossa Valley Grenache Rosé. Bright pink colour, tea rose perfume and delicious strawberry flavours with attractive confectionary notes. A crisp finish balanced by a lick of Turkish delight sweetness and lingering fruit make this wine a pleasure to drink.

Seppeltsfield Estate Rosé was purpose-crafted from the free run juice of old estate bush vine Grenache. It is held on skins for 24-36 hours for colour and flavour and fermented at 14°C in stainless steel to preserve pristine fruit and perfume. Following fermentation, the wine was promptly finished and bottled to maintain freshness and vibrancy.
