The Seppeltsfield Late Harvest is a blend of Semillon and Riesling from the beautiful heights of the Eden Valley. The soils throughout the Eden Valley high country are strewn with rocky outcrops and gravels, giving rise to classic mineral structure and perfume. Elevations over 500m above sea level result in an extended ripening season and promote effortless natural balance and finesse. Seppeltsfield Late Harvest sees dedicated portions of the Semillon and Riesling left to ripen on the vine to achieve excellent fruit concentration and high sugar levels.
