Seppeltsfield is proud to have Andrew Young on site, who is trained in the art of cooperage. Andrew specialises in the production of small oak barrels, including port-style kegs of which can be purchased through Seppeltsfield's cellar door.
Andrew uses classic cooperage tools and techniques and can been seen applying his skills most days at Seppeltsfield.
