Seppeltsfield's DP117 is crafted using the Palomino variety, renown for its neutral flavour profile and suitability to dry Apera styles.
Seppeltsfield produces small parcels of DP117 each year, to then be added to our Solero nurseries for aging and blending. With the influence of Flor yeast formation, DP117 is characterised by its bone-dry palate and distinctive aldehyde notes.
A classic, bone-dry flor style of great finesse - an ideal aperitif when served well chilled.
